1. About these terms
These terms cover the 328 Expense iOS app and this website. The app provider is the developer identified on its App Store listing. The app offers transaction records, books, budgets, reports and related tools. Please also read the Privacy Policy for details of data handling.
2. License and use
Your app license is governed by the applicable App Store terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, where applicable. Use the app lawfully, respect others’ rights, and do not abuse support services or interfere with their operation. You retain rights in the content you enter and are responsible for having permission to store and share it.
3. Premium purchases
The app may offer an automatically renewing annual subscription and a permanent, one-time purchase. Available products, prices, currencies, periods and features are those shown in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation at the time of purchase. Apple processes payment. A permanent purchase is not an automatically renewing subscription.
4. Subscriptions, cancellation and restoration
Annual subscriptions renew under the conditions shown by the App Store until cancelled. Manage or cancel them in iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions; see Apple’s cancellation instructions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases on the upgrade screen to restore eligible purchases; purchase-restoration support is available when needed. Request refunds through Apple’s purchase-support process, subject to applicable rules.
5. Records, calculations and backups
Displayed figures depend on the amounts, exchange rates, dates, categories and settings you enter. Check important records and keep backups. Before removing the app, changing devices or restoring data, confirm that a usable backup exists. 328 Expense is a record-keeping tool and does not provide banking, payment, investment, tax or professional accounting services.
6. External services and availability
Some features depend on Apple’s App Store, iCloud and network services. Device settings, connectivity, eligibility and third-party availability may affect those features. Files you export through system sharing are handled by the recipients or services you choose under their own terms.
7. Existing rights and updates
This page does not itself change your existing transactions, balances, attachments, preferences or acquired purchase entitlements. Feature updates and purchase conditions are subject to their relevant descriptions and applicable law. These terms do not exclude consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Revisions will show a version number on this page.

For questions about the app, purchases or these terms, use Contact / Feedback in the app’s Settings, or find the developer details on the App Store listing. Avoid including unnecessary financial or other sensitive information in support attachments.
